Brown tuff cladding

Brown tuff mines are found in Byurakan (?) and in Yerevan. Tuff from these mines is characterised by its gradient colour ranging from dark brown to light chestnut. This feature of the stone has been largely used in interior decoration. The stone itself was used mainly as veneer over a stone clad or concrete walls.
